Harbour Hotel & Spa Christchurch, Christchurch (Dorset)

My experience at the Harbour Hotel in Christchurch was truly enjoyable, highlighted by exceptional customer service and access to fantastic amenities like the indoor pool and spa. The dining at both The Jetty and The Upper Deck was a treat, though I did find some aspects of the breakfast service could be more efficient. The rooms were comfortable and had great features, making it a lovely base for exploring the area; however, the absence of air conditioning could be an issue during warmer months.

Our stay was wonderful, highlighted by exceptional customer service, especially from Richard, who really made our experience memorable. The room was luxurious and spacious with beautiful views, but some cleanliness issues were noted. Dining at The Jetty restaurant was truly gourmet and one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, it felt like a great value for money despite a few small issues.

I recently enjoyed a lovely stay at a hotel with a beautiful view of the harbor, perfect for a short getaway. The dining experiences, particularly at the Jetty restaurant, truly stood out with high-quality dishes. The spa facilities were relaxing; however, the size of the pool limited the swimming experience a bit. While the staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay, the atmosphere at the spa could get a bit crowded at times.
