serene getaway by the sea
attentive staff delicious food clean room
the food at the jetty restaurant was really good. i booked a beautiful double room harbour view, it was so super clean and cozy. i found all the staff very attentive, they always tried to help with my requests.
the lounge area felt a bit small. it was a little cold because it was right by the entrance.

the upper deck offered an really good sunday lunch. i remember phil, our waiter, his explanations were quite detailed. his attention to every small detail made our meal particularly enjoyable.

finding the hotel was easy, there was convenient on-site parking. the location seemed beautiful with many quiet areas where i could relax. these spots allowed for quiet reflection , it made it so relaxing.

harbour views and attentive service
super clean room polite staff
i thoroughly enjoyed my recent visit. the room was super clean and well-kept. complimentary gin and tonics were provided with ice, lemon, and fresh milk each evening at 1800. the meals at the jetty were eagerly anticipated and met high standards, i particularly enjoyed the sea bream. all staff were polite and courteous.

the double room harbour view offered a comfortable king-size bed. the safe, mini bar, iron, ironing board, and hairdryer were available. there were complimentary gin and tonic with lemon slices and ice provided daily.

the hotel features a 15m indoor pool for swimming. plenty of seating areas were available both inside the hotel and in the grounds, with sea views. the gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes.

the staff at the restaurants were excellent, they were always polite and helpful. the service in the upper deck restaurant was quick and friendly.

the hotel location overlooks the bay, offering great views. the sun glistened on the lapping waters and it was very pleasant. the hotel is set in mudeford, about a 40 mins walk away.

amazing experience
reception team lovely service
the room was fabulous overall. the breakfast team provided lovely service. the initial interaction with the team on reception was helpful.
the bathroom radiator temperature was too high. i got a second degree burn while climbing out of the bath. the hotel denied it, despite the assistant manager agreeing the temperature was too high. my arm seeped pus for over a week.

quiet area professional staff comfortable bed
the location is beautiful and there are quiet areas. all staff were professional and friendly. the check-in process was easy the room was clean and cozy. the bed was super comfy i had a great sleep.

Acceptable, but housekeeping issues arose
attentive restaurant staff poor housekeeping
the waiting staff in the upper deck restaurant was very attentive. they were not overpowering.
Housekeeping let the hotel down. Dirty, wet towels were left on the shower floor. clean towels were not provided. the bath, shower, basins, and toilet had not been cleaned. it wasn't how i expected to spend my anniversary break. i had to buy cleaning product to clean myself.

dirty towels improper cleaning
The location was good.
The hotel room was not properly cleaned. The bathroom had dirty towels on the floor. the bath, shower, basins, and toilet were not cleaned. A young employee came with a cloth, but no cleaning product. I cleaned it myself using a cleaning product I bought. This was not how I expected to spend my break.
